Vanderbilt University Medical Center (Vanderbilt Health) and Providence Health & Services, by and through the Vanderbilt Health OnCall program, use Braintree, a division of PayPal, Inc. (Braintree) for certain payment processing services. By using the Braintree payment processing services, you agree to terms and conditions of that certain Braintree Payment Services Agreement, available at https://www.braintreepayments.com/legal/gateway-agreement, and the applicable bank agreement, available at https://www.braintreepayments.com/legal/cea-wells. Vanderbilt Health may add or remove payment processing methods at its sole discretion and without notice to you. Under no circumstance will Vanderbilt Health or its affiliates be responsible for any processing payment services, including without limitation any returns, refunds, or adjustments arising from such services. Braintree is solely responsible for any claim arising from such payment processing services, including without limitation any violation of the Braintree Payment Services Agreement or applicable bank agreement.
