Rest Where You Are. Care Will Come To You.

With Vanderbilt Health OnCall, you can schedule a visit from a Vanderbilt nurse practitioner to your home, workplace, hotel or short-term rental (Airbnb) at your convenience. OnCall nurses provide a basic level of care for common illnesses and injuries. They also offer physical exams and diagnoses and medication prescriptions.

Available 7 days a week, 7 a.m.-7 p.m., in select locations in Nashville-Davidson County or the cities of Brentwood, Franklin, Hendersonville or Nolensville.

Our operating hours for the upcoming holidays are:

Friday, Dec. 24 7 a.m - 3 p.m. (Telehealth only)
Monday, Dec. 25 7 a.m - 3 p.m. (Telehealth only)

New Year
Friday, Dec. 31  – 7 a.m. to 7 p.m
Saturday, Jan. 7 a.m - 3 p.m. (Telehealth only)

Most insurance plans accepted. Self-pay visits are $149 (with first-dose medication and additional treatments priced separately).

OnCall is for adults 18 years and older with non-emergency medical conditions who are in Davidson County (including Nashville) or the cities of Brentwood, Franklin, Hendersonville or Nolensville. To schedule a visit, complete our online form or give us a call.

OnCall is not a replacement for emergency services. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go directly to the closest emergency department.

    All OnCall providers are credentialed nurse practitioners employed by Vanderbilt Health. We’ll send a provider to your doorstep, based on your location and symptoms, within two hours of your confirmed request. (Note: Provider arrival times may be slightly longer when patient volumes are high).
